In the same year, he started his doctorate at the Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Upon completing his doctoral education in 2020, Dr. Gür has continued to work professionally in the fields of Oral, Dental, and Jaw Diseases and Surgery since the beginning of his doctoral studies. After completing his secondary education at Kabataş Boys' High School in 1976, Dr. Tuğrul Alp Sabuncu pursued his medical education at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine, graduating in 1982. In 1995, he became a Child Health and Diseases Specialist at Zeynep Kamil Maternity and Child Diseases Hospital. He actively participated in several international medical congresses in Lithuania, Spain, Portugal, and Iran between 2004 and 2010.

Following his tenure at Zeynep Kamil Hospital Pediatrics Clinic, which ended in 2012, Dr. Sabuncu obtained a Neonatal Resuscitation Certificate in 2019. Since 2021, he has been contributing his expertise at Natural Clinic, specializing in pediatric health and diseases.
