Requirements
- Fluency in one or more of the following languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Serbian, Portuguese, Dutch, Chinese, Russian, Romanian, Japanese, Bulgarian.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Public Relations, Healthcare, or any related field.
- Experience in medical tourism companies is required.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to leads to introduce our offers and convince them.
- Address patients’ concerns by actively listening, empathizing, and offering relevant information.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions to follow up with leads.
- Ensure a positive patient experience and resolve any issues.
