Requirements

• Fluency in one or more of the following languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Serbian, Portuguese, Dutch, Chinese, Russian, Romanian, Japanese, Bulgarian.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Public Relations, Healthcare, or any related field.
• Experience in medical tourism companies is required.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to leads to introduce our offers and convince them.
• Address patients’ concerns by actively listening, empathizing, and offering relevant information.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions to follow up with leads.
• Ensure a positive patient experience and resolve any issues.

Purpose of the Role

To ensure that foreign patients’ operational processes are managed effectively, transparently, and with empathy; to provide interpretation support and accurately communicate the needs of patients and their relatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage interpretation processes accurately and completely
• Provide clear process information to patients and their relatives
• Ensure coordination within the clinic
• Support up-selling and cross-selling processes
• Monitor and report planned procedures

Qualifications

• Graduate of an associate or bachelor’s degree program
• At least 1 year of experience in the health tourism sector
• Advanced proficiency in at least 2 of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, French, Russian, Arabic, English
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Analytical, organized, attentive, and solution-oriented
• Residing on the European side of Istanbul
