Volume, and Why It Matters Most Here
Circumferential work has to be read as one surface, and that judgement is built by repetition alone.

360 liposuction treats the abdomen, flanks and back in one session, so your waist is shaped from every angle rather than only the front. Prices start at €4,300, with larger plans following the area tiers.

There is no item called "360" on our price list. Liposuction is priced by the number of treatment zones, and going all the way around a trunk is four to six of them: the abdomen, both flanks, the upper back with the bra line and often the lower back above the buttock.

From €4,300, by zone count
Abdomen, both flanks and the back are treated in one operation, as a single continuous surface rather than as a list of separate areas. The flanks are feathered into the abdomen and into the back so that no step is left at a seam, and you are turned during the operation because the posterior zones cannot be reached otherwise.
Fat that continues around the trunk, with skin that recoils on the pinch test at each area. Where it will not, an excisional operation is the answer instead.
One night in hospital; four nights in Istanbul up to four zones, six from five upward. A full circumferential garment for six weeks.

Dr Emre G. qualified in medicine at Uludağ University in 2007 and completed his specialist training in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery at Bezmialem Vakıf University between 2008 and 2014, with a research post at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. He has worked in both public hospitals and private practice, and the reconstructive half of that training shows in how he plans an aesthetic case. He practises at Natural Clinic in Istanbul.
Education
Yes, with one qualification specific to this operation: the price follows a zone count that somebody chooses on your behalf. So verify the count in writing, not the device on the brochure.

Each zone named and counted in writing, with the pinch-test finding recorded beside it.

Lower operating costs and the exchange rate, not fewer zones. Treat a very cheap circumference with suspicion.

Treating the torso all the way round balances the waist but raises the volume question.
Front, both sides and back, plus pinched close-ups of abdomen, flanks and back.
The plan names every zone around the torso and applies the matching tier on the zone price list.
You are repositioned during surgery so each side of the torso can be worked evenly.
A compression garment covering the whole torso goes on in theatre.
The balance between front and back becomes visible once swelling has cleared.
Treating abdomen, flanks and back together — what 360 liposuction involves.
360 liposuction treats the entire midsection in one session, including the front of the abdomen, the flanks and the lower and sometimes upper back. By addressing all sides of the torso, it aims to create a balanced waistline rather than improving only the front view.
360 liposuction suits people with stubborn fat around the whole torso, who want a more defined waist from every angle and have good skin elasticity. It is not a weight-loss procedure, so candidates should be close to a stable, healthy weight.
No. 360 liposuction removes fat from around the torso but does not remove loose skin or repair separated abdominal muscles. If you have loose skin or muscle separation after pregnancy or weight loss, a tummy tuck may be needed instead of, or alongside, liposuction.
Because the whole torso is involved, 360 liposuction usually spans several zones, such as upper and lower abdomen, both flanks and the back. The price follows the zone tier for that total, which can reach €6,800 for eight zones, and each area is named in your written plan before you travel.
Treating the abdomen, flanks and back involves multiple zones and more operating time than treating a single area. Because liposuction is priced per zone, the total for 360 liposuction reflects the number of areas needed to reshape your waist. Your plan shows exactly how many zones are included.
VASER is optional rather than standard in 360 liposuction. It tends to be suggested when the back or flanks contain dense, fibrous fat that is hard to remove evenly, and in that case it appears as a separate €500 line that does not qualify for combination discounts.
360 liposuction can be performed safely in one session when the total fat volume and operating time are within limits set by an independent anaesthesiologist. If treating everything at once would exceed those limits, the procedure may be staged. Staging can make recovery easier and safer.
To reach the front, sides and back of the torso evenly, you are carefully repositioned during 360 liposuction while under anaesthesia. This allows the surgeon to sculpt all areas symmetrically and blend the transitions between them. This careful positioning helps avoid visible transitions between areas.
Treating the whole torso means more tissue is affected at once, so swelling, fluid collection and bruising can be more extensive than after single-area liposuction, and the risk of blood clots is higher. Calf compression in theatre, walking from the first day and consistent garment use are the main safeguards.
A compression garment that covers the whole midsection, including the abdomen, flanks and back, is fitted after 360 liposuction. It is worn continuously at first to control swelling and support the skin as it adapts to the new waist contour.
Because 360 liposuction treats a large area, it carries a greater risk of blood clots than smaller procedures. Your surgeon sets your flight date after reviewing your recovery and mobility, and may recommend compression stockings and regular movement during the journey.
Sometimes, if loose abdominal skin or separated muscles are also present. The combination increases operating time and fat volume, so an independent anaesthesiologist confirms whether one session is safe. If not, the procedures are staged, and your plan explains the timing and the combined price.
Swelling after 360 liposuction improves gradually, with about half usually resolved by six weeks. Because a large area is treated, residual swelling can take longer to settle, and the refined waist is generally assessed between three and six months. Wearing the garment consistently helps this process.
360 liposuction can enhance the curve of the waist by removing fat from the front, sides and back. The final shape still depends on your natural frame, muscle tone and skin quality, so results are refined rather than a complete change in body type.
Maintaining a stable weight is key, because the remaining fat cells can enlarge with weight gain. Regular exercise and healthy eating help preserve the waistline created by 360 liposuction over the long term. Staying active also helps maintain muscle tone around the waist.
Liposuction itself, where the eight-step ladder is set out in full. Tummy tuck at €4,000 — less than four zones — for when the pinch test says skin rather than volume. And VASER, so you can see what the €500 fee does and does not buy.
Personalised Care, Just for You
Send a photograph standing relaxed, front, side and back — the back one matters, because two of the six zones are behind you. A body surgeon replies with the zones he would actually treat listed by name, the count, the step of the published ladder that count lands on, and the pinch-test finding at the lower abdomen and flank. No obligation, no pressure, no cost.
