Two operations · from €3,000
Penis enlargement is elective surgery on healthy tissue. A penile implant treats erectile dysfunction that has not responded to first-line treatment, and it permanently ends the possibility of a natural erection. They are not points on the same scale.
Two different patients: one wants more size on healthy tissue, the other has exhausted tablets, injections and a vacuum device for erectile dysfunction.
From €3,000 for enlargement, from €7,000 for an implant. Four nights in Istanbul; one hospital night for the implant, none for enlargement.
Two operations · from €3,000
Labiaplasty reduces the labia minora — an external change. Vaginoplasty tightens the vaginal canal and the muscle behind it — an internal change. They are not alternatives to each other, and neither does the other's job.
Discomfort in clothing, sport or sex, or appearance for labiaplasty; laxity after childbirth for vaginoplasty — not incontinence or prolapse, which are separate diagnoses.
From €3,000 for labiaplasty, from €3,200 for vaginoplasty. One hospital night and four nights in Istanbul for both.

Plastic Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery
Dr Emre G. qualified in medicine at Uludağ University in 2007 and completed his specialist training in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery at Bezmialem Vakıf University between 2008 and 2014, with a research post at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. He has worked in both public hospitals and private practice, and the reconstructive half of that training shows in how he plans an aesthetic case. He practises at Natural Clinic in Istanbul.
Education
Short answer: only if the assessment happens properly first, and that is harder to verify at a distance in this category than in any other. The test is whether a named surgeon asked you what your symptom was before discussing what you wanted it to look like.

Your plan states whether a functional finding exists, names an operation only where indicated, and sets out non-surgical alternatives first.

Lower operating and staffing costs plus the exchange rate create a real saving — though in this category, price is rarely the deciding factor.

Every genital item is excluded from combination discounts, so nothing reaches your plan to make a package cheaper. The first step often ends the process.
Describe what you notice and whether it rubs, hurts, catches or has changed after childbirth. A named surgeon replies privately.
Where anatomy sits within the wide normal range, the reply says so. Physiotherapy, liposuction or simply time may be the recommendation instead.
The surgeon who would operate examines you privately; this is also the last point at which surgery can be cancelled.
Labiaplasty, vaginoplasty and prosthesis include a ward night; circumcision and penile augmentation do not.
Follow-up asks whether the problem that justified surgery has gone — not just how things look.
In genital surgery, the decision to operate matters most. These answers explain how that decision is made.
Natural Clinic offers female genital surgery, including labiaplasty and vaginoplasty, and male genital surgery, including penile augmentation, penile prosthesis and circumcision. Each enquiry is assessed individually, and the aim is to address a specific symptom or concern rather than to follow a set menu.
No. Many enquiries about genital appearance describe anatomy that falls within the wide normal range. A consultation may conclude that surgery is not needed, or that alternatives such as pelvic floor physiotherapy or weight loss would be more appropriate. An honest opinion is part of the consultation.
No photographs are needed to start. You can describe your symptom or concern in writing, and a named surgeon replies privately. If more information is needed to advise you, the surgeon will explain what is required and why. Many patients find this makes the first step easier.
The genital surgery list is short and fixed: labiaplasty €3,000, vaginoplasty €3,200, penile augmentation €3,000, penile prosthesis €7,000 and circumcision €1,200. Each figure covers the surgeon, anaesthesia, any ward night, transfers, an interpreter and a year of confidential follow-up, while hotel nights are arranged separately.
No. Genital surgery items are the only procedures on Natural Clinic's price list that carry no combination discount. This ensures that no procedure is added to a plan simply to make a package appear better value. Each procedure is therefore considered strictly on its own merits.
Sometimes. Pelvic floor physiotherapy, arranged by referral, can help certain female symptoms, and suprapubic liposuction at €2,500 may address some male length concerns. A consultation that concludes no surgery is needed carries no charge. Your surgeon explains these options openly before any operation is planned.
Yes. Enquiries are read and answered by a named surgeon, and all information is handled confidentially from the first message through to follow-up. You can choose how much you share at each stage. No details are shared without your consent.
A chaperone is present during intimate examinations unless you decline one. The examination is carried out privately by the surgeon who would perform the operation, and it is also the last point at which you can decide not to proceed.
Risks depend on the procedure but can include swelling, bleeding, infection, changes in sensation and scarring. Some procedures, such as removing tissue in labiaplasty or placing a penile prosthesis, are irreversible, and these consequences are explained clearly before consent. Your surgeon discusses the specific risks of your procedure in detail.
Every genital procedure at Natural Clinic follows the same four-night schedule in Istanbul, whether or not it involves a hospital night. The time covers the operation, close early observation and a review with the surgeon so any swelling, bleeding or discomfort can be addressed before your flight home.
A ward night follows labiaplasty, vaginoplasty and penile prosthesis surgery, so nurses can monitor bleeding, pain and, after prosthesis surgery, early signs of infection. Circumcision and penile augmentation are performed as day procedures, after which you recover in your hotel.
After genital surgery, you are usually advised to avoid sexual activity, cycling, swimming and baths for a period, typically around four to six weeks. Wearing loose clothing and keeping the area clean help healing, and your surgeon confirms when restrictions can be lifted.
Swelling after genital surgery is often significant in the first days and can make the area look worse than the final result for about two weeks. It then improves steadily, although some residual swelling may take several weeks to resolve. Cold packs and loose clothing can help in this period.
Success is measured by whether the symptom or concern that justified surgery has been resolved, such as discomfort, rubbing or a functional problem, rather than by appearance alone. Your follow-up reviews focus on this outcome. Appearance is considered, but comfort and function come first.
Genital surgery patients receive a full year of confidential follow-up. Reviews cover healing, comfort, sensation and function, and you can reach your surgeon privately at any point during that year if something does not feel right, rather than waiting for the next scheduled call.
The first link is the one this page keeps pointing at: liposuction, which for a man asking about length is frequently the more effective and the less expensive answer. After it, the pages worth checking before you book anything.
Personalised Care, Just for You
You do not need to send photographs to begin. Describe what you notice and, more usefully, whether it causes a symptom — catching, chafing, discomfort in clothing or during activity, hygiene difficulty, or a change after childbirth. A named surgeon replies in confidence with whether that is a surgical finding, what the operation would be if one is indicated, and the non-surgical alternative where that is the better answer. No obligation, no pressure, no cost.

Five items, no discount on any of them, and a category in which the decision to operate matters more than the operation. What follows is what the price list says, how wide normal actually is, the two things here that cannot be undone, and the four alternatives we recommend before any of it.

Most people who end up on this page have typed the question into a search bar late at night, somewhere nobody could read over their shoulder. Some have never said it out loud, not to a partner, not to a GP. That's normal. It's the sort of thing people mention on the way out of a doctor's room, hand already on the door, if they mention it at all. So if you're reading about genital surgery in Turkey, part of the appeal may be distance. A surgeon you'll never bump into at the supermarket can feel easier to tell.
Fair enough. We start with a written message for exactly that reason. No camera, no waiting room. And quite often our first reply says the thing people least expect from a surgeon: you probably don't need us.
Our surgeons read every message themselves, and over time those messages have fallen into three rough piles.
Pile one is practical. A runner whose leggings rub her raw by the third mile. A cyclist who can't sit on a saddle for long. A man whose foreskin tears every few months and gets infected again. These are the people surgery helps most clearly.
Function makes up the second pile. Men whose erections have stopped lasting. Women who noticed something had changed after a second or third baby, during sex or when they laugh too hard. Here a doctor's examination comes first. The real cause sometimes sits somewhere other than where it feels.
In the third pile, nothing hurts and nothing has stopped working. It's simply about how things look, measured against pictures. That's where we turn down the most requests, and we'll tell you why.
Probably, yes. We say that a lot.
The pictures most of us grew up comparing ourselves with were trimmed, shaved, lit and often edited. Real bodies don't look like that. The inner labia can sit well past the outer ones, be darker in colour, or be noticeably longer on one side, and all of that is common. With men, plenty who are sure they're small turn out to measure squarely in the middle of the range. In heavier men, a pad of fat over the pubic bone hides part of the shaft and makes it look shorter.
If the examination finds nothing outside that range, we put it in writing. Some people have waited years to hear it.
On the female genital surgery side there are two operations, and they solve very different problems. With labiaplasty, the inner lips are trimmed. Most women who ask about it have simply had enough of the chafing. It flares up on runs, in jeans, sometimes just on the walk to work. Vaginoplasty deals with a different problem, tightening the vaginal canal and the muscle around it. Our surgeons keep it for genuine laxity or injury after childbirth. A vague feeling of being "not quite the same" isn't usually enough.
Before vaginoplasty, try the pelvic floor. A specialist physiotherapist can teach exercises that, done properly for a few months, sort out a surprising share of these complaints. Boring, yes. Also free of stitches. When that hasn't been enough, an operation is a perfectly sensible next step to discuss.
Three procedures sit on our male genital surgery page. Adult circumcision is mostly for foreskins that are too tight, painful, or forever getting infected. Plenty of men also have it for religious or personal reasons. Penis enlargement is cosmetic, done on a penis that works fine. A penile implant is for erectile dysfunction once tablets, injections and a vacuum pump have all failed.
People mix up the last two all the time. An implant adds no size. Once it's in, natural erections are gone for good. Failing erections are sometimes the first sign of heart disease or diabetes. A urologist checks for that before the word surgery even comes up. And for men worried about length, two cheaper options deserve a look first. Losing weight is one. The other is liposuction of the fat pad above the pubic bone, at €2,500 on our list, which can show more of what's already there than an operation on the penis would add.
Everyone here is an adult, and we'd rather operate on a body that has finished changing.
For women, that usually means having had all the children you're planning. Another delivery can stretch things out again and may alter the labia as well. Men considering girth enhancement with their own fat need a stable weight first. That fat behaves like fat anywhere else on you, swelling with weight gain and shrinking when you lose it. Smoking slows healing in this area as it does elsewhere, so we'll want you to stop well before the date.
Then there's emotional timing. Some messages arrive a week after a relationship ends. Others follow a partner's thoughtless comment. The worry is usually old, yet that particular week it feels like it can't wait. We'd never dismiss it. We would suggest waiting a month and seeing whether you still feel the same.
Occasionally the concern takes over a person's life. Hours a day spent checking or comparing. Avoiding changing rooms, dating, the gym. Reassurance that helps for an afternoon and then wears off. Doctors call this body dysmorphic disorder. It turns up more often among people asking about intimate surgery than in the population at large.
An operation tends not to fix it. Once one area is changed, the anxiety often settles on another, or on the result itself. Our surgeons ask a few gentle questions about this during assessment. If what they hear points that way, they'll suggest seeing a psychologist or your own doctor before going any further.
You can start without a single photo. Write to us the way you'd explain it to a friend you trust. What have you noticed? Does it hurt, or get in the way? The message goes to a named surgeon, who replies to you personally. Only the medical team sees it, and it's kept confidential throughout.
Sometimes the surgeon needs a little more to go on, and they'll tell you exactly what would help. Photos only come into it if they'd change the advice. People often say that being able to put it into words first, with no camera involved, was what made them finally send the message.
The examination itself takes place in Istanbul, done by the surgeon who'd operate. A chaperone sits in unless you'd prefer otherwise. You can still walk away at that appointment, at no cost, and some people do.
With genital surgery in Turkey, or any trip abroad for it, you have less to go on than usual. There aren't galleries to browse. Hardly anyone writes a public review about their labiaplasty. Price doesn't tell you much about care. That leaves the questions you put to a clinic before booking.
Who actually reads your enquiry? Is it the surgeon who'd operate? Did they ask what's bothering you before talking about how it ought to look? Will they state in writing whether they found a functional problem? Have they ever told an enquirer not to bother? Watch out for a reply that names an operation straight away without asking you anything. That's a sales pitch.
Aftercare deserves a question too. If something feels wrong a month after you're home, who picks up? How long does follow-up last? With an implant, which is a mechanical device, it's worth knowing in advance what happens if it needs attention years later.
We don't publish genital surgery before and after pictures at all. Privacy is one reason. The other is that comparing yourself with images is often how the worry started, and a gallery would only feed it.
Results in genital surgery are better measured against the reason you came. Does the tissue still catch? Has the infection stopped coming back? Can you run or cycle without rubbing? Those are the questions our follow-up asks over the first year, alongside checking the healing. Reviews worth trusting talk about results like these, in ordinary life.
Plan on roughly four nights in Istanbul for most genital procedures. Labiaplasty, vaginoplasty and a penile implant each include a night on the ward. Men having circumcision or penis enlargement go back to the hotel the same day.
The first fortnight is mostly about swelling, and things usually look worse than the final result will. Rest helps. So does keeping the area clean and wearing loose underwear. You'll need to stay off the bike and out of pools and baths until you've healed. Sex waits too, normally for four to six weeks. Desk work is often possible within a week, depending on the operation. Each procedure page covers its own recovery in more detail.
Prices on our list start at €1,200 for circumcision. Labiaplasty and penis enlargement are €3,000 each, vaginoplasty is €3,200, and a penile implant is €7,000. Anaesthesia, airport pick-up, transfers, an interpreter and the examination are included.
You'll notice there's no discount for combining procedures in this category. That's deliberate. A package price gives everyone a reason to add something you may not need, and in intimate surgery that's the last thing anyone should be nudged towards.
Similar operations in the UK, Germany and the US usually cost considerably more, going by the comparison table. The saving is real, but in this field price is rarely what decides it. Being taken seriously, examined properly and told the truth matter more.
Nobody has to know. Still, it's handy if one doctor back home does. Your GP is who you'd see first if something flared up later, so think about mentioning the operation, either before you fly or once you're back, and keep your operation notes somewhere easy to find.
A few lines is enough to begin. Say what's been bothering you, for how long, and mention any symptoms, previous operations or regular medication. One of our surgeons will reply in private. You'll get a straight opinion on whether genital surgery in Turkey is right for you and which operation it would be. If something simpler is the better first step, the reply will say that too.
