Istanbul, Turkey — The Operation, Not the Laser
"Vaginal Rejuvenation" Covers a Laser and an Operation. This Is the Operation.
Vaginoplasty tightens the vaginal canal and the muscle behind it. It is not a laser or a device, and it is not a treatment for incontinence or prolapse.

The phrase covers two entirely different things: a non-surgical laser or radiofrequency treatment done awake in a clinic room over several sessions, and a surgical repair done under general anaesthesia with a night in hospital. They have different indications, different evidence and a tenfold difference in price.

Internal change · from €3,200
Tightens the vaginal canal and the pelvic floor muscle behind it, under general anaesthetic. The assessment matters more than the operation itself, since laxity, stress incontinence and prolapse are often described in the same words — only the first is treated here.
Genuine structural laxity, usually after childbirth. Not the right answer for incontinence or prolapse — those are separate diagnoses your plan will name.
From €3,200 on our current list. One to two hours under general anaesthetic; one night in hospital, four nights in Istanbul.

Plastic Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery
Dr Emre G. qualified in medicine at Uludağ University in 2007 and completed his specialist training in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery at Bezmialem Vakıf University between 2008 and 2014, with a research post at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. He has worked in both public hospitals and private practice, and the reconstructive half of that training shows in how he plans an aesthetic case. He practises at Natural Clinic in Istanbul.
Education
Surgery carries risk wherever it is performed. What decides the outcome here is upstream of the operation: whether anyone established that what you have is laxity rather than incontinence or prolapse. A price quoted from a description alone has skipped that step.

A routine operation here rather than an occasional one, and that is the honest advantage of coming.

Twelve months is included — and a further vaginal delivery can undo this operation, so ask what the plan says about that before you book anything.
Vaginoplasty (€3,200) repairs genuine structural laxity. For a sensation of looseness, physiotherapy usually comes first.
Births, prolapse symptoms and any incontinence are reviewed in confidence.
A later vaginal delivery can undo the repair, so waiting may be advised.
The stretched muscle and lining are narrowed and the supporting layers stitched back together while you are asleep; the first night is spent in hospital.
Sitting can be uncomfortable for the flight home; baths and heavy lifting are avoided.
Sexual activity resumes only after the surgeon confirms healing, usually several weeks later.
When vaginoplasty helps, and why pelvic floor physiotherapy often comes first.
Vaginoplasty, sometimes called vaginal tightening, is surgery that narrows the vaginal canal and repairs the supporting muscles and tissues. At Natural Clinic, it is performed to address genuine structural laxity, often following vaginal childbirth, rather than for appearance alone. The aim is to restore support and comfort.
Vaginoplasty may benefit women with structural changes after childbirth, such as a significantly widened vaginal canal or weakened supporting tissues, that cause symptoms and have not improved with pelvic floor physiotherapy. A confidential assessment determines whether surgery is appropriate. Your history of deliveries and symptoms is reviewed in confidence.
Vaginoplasty is not a primary treatment for urinary incontinence. Pelvic floor physiotherapy is usually the first-line approach, and specific procedures exist for stress incontinence. Your surgeon explains which treatment is most appropriate for your symptoms. Treating the right problem first is essential for a good outcome.
Labiaplasty is the other operation in this field and it addresses something entirely different — the outside rather than the inside. If the complaint is discomfort in clothing or appearance, that is the page to read.
