One anaesthetic instead of three
The abdominoplasty is the largest part: the skin is lifted, the separated muscles are sutured back together and the excess is removed. Liposuction of the flanks and back reaches the waist the abdominal work cannot, and the breast implant is placed in the same session, with the positioning agreed in advance.
