There is no VASER operation on our list. There is liposuction, priced by the number of treatment zones, and a treatment fee for the ultrasound added once on top of it. Whether that fee belongs on your quote is settled by one thing: how fibrous your fat is, established by hand at examination.
A fee, and where it earns it
Ultrasonic energy breaks the fat apart in place before any of it is aspirated, so the cannula that follows meets a loosened layer rather than intact tissue held together by fibrous strands. It removes nothing itself and adds operating time, which is why it is recommended by tissue rather than by default.
Fibrous or previously operated tissue — the upper back, the male chest, the upper abdomen in men. On soft, unoperated fat it adds cost without adding much.
The same stay as the liposuction it is added to: one night in hospital, four nights in Istanbul up to four zones and six from five upward.

VASER liposuction is a form of liposuction that uses ultrasound energy to loosen and liquefy fat before it is suctioned out. The ultrasound targets fat cells while aiming to spare surrounding tissues, which can make fat removal smoother, particularly in dense or fibrous areas.
VASER liposuction is often recommended for areas with firm or fibrous fat, such as the back, flanks and male chest, and for revision cases where scar tissue makes standard liposuction more difficult. It can also assist with detailed sculpting in HD liposuction.
No. VASER liposuction follows the same basic principles as standard liposuction, but adds an ultrasound step before suction. The treated zones, anaesthesia and recovery are similar, and VASER is added to the plan only when it offers a clear benefit.
