Breast Augmentation in Istanbul · From €4,000
Not sure what size would look natural on you? Your measurements already know.
Implant shape, size and placement are chosen from your measurements and the look you want, not from a catalogue. Round implants cost €4,000 and teardrop €4,500. If your nipples sit low, your surgeon may recommend adding a lift.
Round or teardrop, subtle or fuller: our breast augmentation before and after cases show a range of implant choices. Pay attention to upper-pole fullness and cleavage spacing, both of which change as implants settle.

One operation with two implant shapes, placed under the chest muscle or over it. Volume is set by three measurements rather than by a cup size, and where the nipple sits relative to the crease under the breast decides whether an implant alone is the right operation at all.

Measured, not chosen from a cup size
A silicone implant is placed through a short incision into a pocket behind the breast tissue or beneath the chest muscle. Your base width, upper-pole pinch thickness and existing volume give the range it can be; sizers are then trialled in a bra so the choice is seen rather than read.
Breasts that have lost, or never had, upper-pole volume, with the nipple still sitting above the crease beneath the breast.
One night in hospital, six nights in Istanbul. Desk work at about a week; the breasts sit high and firm for two to three weeks.

Plastic Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery
Dr Emre G. qualified in medicine at Uludağ University in 2007 and completed his specialist training in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery at Bezmialem Vakıf University between 2008 and 2014, with a research post at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. He has worked in both public hospitals and private practice, and the reconstructive half of that training shows in how he plans an aesthetic case. He practises at Natural Clinic in Istanbul.
Education
Yes, with a qualification that has nothing to do with money. Before you fly, check that someone measured your chest base width and recorded where your nipple sits relative to the fold.

Istanbul performs this operation constantly. Ask the operating surgeon his own case number and his reoperation rate.

Your plan should give base width, pinch thickness and nipple-to-fold distance in millimetres. A cup size measures nothing.

Lower operating and staffing costs, plus the exchange rate. That says nothing on its own about surgical quality.

An implant adds volume and begins a long relationship with a manufactured device. The pathway treats it that way.
An implant alone suits a nipple sitting above the crease. Below it, a lift joins the plan.
All four are written down, along with why round (€4,000) or teardrop (€4,500) was chosen — teardrop can rotate, round cannot.
Chest width and skin thickness cap the volume; exceeding them leads to rippling and thinning, so larger isn't offered just because it costs the same.
The implant goes above or below the muscle with minimal handling to lower contamination risk.
High, firm breasts at first are normal; they settle and soften over the following months. Keep the implant card for life.
An implant adds volume but doesn't lift. These answers explain sizing, costs and long-term care.
Breast augmentation is surgery that increases breast size and fullness by placing silicone implants either above or below the chest muscle. It can also improve symmetry between the breasts and restore volume lost after pregnancy or weight loss, but it does not lift breasts that have descended.
No. An implant adds volume but does not raise the nipple or remove loose skin. If your nipple sits at or below the crease beneath your breast, a lift is usually needed as well, either as a combined lift with implant or as a separate procedure.
Size is chosen by measuring your chest width, breast base and the thickness of your tissue, then trying implant sizers in a bra. Your natural anatomy limits how large an implant can safely be, and exceeding it can lead to visible rippling and thinning of tissue over time.
Round-implant augmentation is €4,000 and teardrop-implant augmentation €4,500, with the hospital night, anaesthesia, surgical bra, transfers, interpreter and a year of reviews built in. British clinics commonly quote €6,415 to €9,807 for the same surgery, frequently without all of those extras.
No. At Natural Clinic, the price of breast augmentation depends on the implant shape, round or teardrop, rather than its volume. This means the size is chosen purely on what your chest can support and what suits your body, not on cost.
Yes. Implants are not lifetime devices, and removal at Natural Clinic is listed at €4,500, which is more than the original augmentation. Your plan shows this figure alongside the augmentation price so you can make an informed long-term decision. Planning for this from the start avoids surprises later.
Your written plan names the implant manufacturer, model, profile and volume before surgery. You also receive an implant card afterwards with these details and the serial numbers, which future doctors may need, so it should be kept safely for life.
Round implants give fullness to the upper breast and cannot visibly rotate. Teardrop implants have a sloped shape that can look more natural in some chests, but if they rotate, the breast shape can change and surgery may be needed to correct it. Your surgeon explains which suits you.
Long-term considerations include capsular contracture, where scar tissue tightens around the implant; silent rupture, which may only be detected on imaging; and, rarely, BIA-ALCL, a lymphoma associated mainly with textured implants. Regular check-ups and imaging as advised help identify issues early.
Breast augmentation patients usually stay six nights, starting with one night in hospital. During the stay, the team checks the incisions, fits and reviews the surgical bra, monitors swelling and confirms that both implants are settling evenly before you are cleared to fly.
The implant is placed through a small incision, commonly in the crease under the breast, into a pocket either above or below the chest muscle. A no-touch technique is used to minimise handling of the implant, which helps reduce the risk of contamination.
Underwired bras are usually avoided for several weeks after breast augmentation, as the wire can press on the healing incision in the breast crease. A soft surgical or sports bra is worn instead until your surgeon confirms it is safe to switch.
After surgery, implants often sit high and feel firm because the chest muscle and skin are tight. Over the following weeks and months, the tissues relax, allowing the implants to drop into a lower position and the lower breast to round out, a process known as drop and fluff.
Most people see their breasts start to look more natural within a few months, as swelling resolves and the implants settle. The final shape and softness are usually assessed between three and six months after breast augmentation. Your follow-up reviews track how evenly both sides are settling.
Many people will need further surgery at some point, because implants can develop complications or may need replacing over time. Regular monitoring helps identify when this might be necessary, and your implant card makes future planning easier. Keeping up with recommended imaging is part of responsible implant ownership.
The breast lift comes first because it is the operation this page most often points at — €3,500, no device, and the right answer for a descended breast with adequate volume. The breast surgery hub sets every item on our breast list side by side, including the removal figure that is higher than the augmentation. Breast revision is where an implant already in place is dealt with. And the mommy makeover page is where augmentation, a lift and abdominal work are discussed as one plan.
Personalised Care, Just for You
Send photographs standing relaxed, front and both sides, in a non-padded bra and then without one. A breast surgeon replies with the volume range your base width, tissue thickness and existing volume support, whether a lift belongs with the implant, and which plane and why. Our figure is the same at every volume, so the range is a clinical answer rather than a quotation. No obligation, no pressure, no cost.

Our figure is flat at any volume, so almost nothing that matters on this operation can be settled with money. What is left is three measurements and the crease beneath the breast.

Search "boob job Turkey" and you'll mostly find prices and sizes. Neither tells you much about whether an implant will suit you. Our surgeons start from somewhere else entirely: your chest, your tissue, and where your nipple sits. Breast augmentation in Turkey goes well when the implant is chosen to fit those, and badly when it's chosen from a photo of someone else.
The part above covers how volume is measured and why an implant doesn't lift. This section picks up from there. We look at implant shapes and surfaces, the muscle question, scars, and fat as an alternative. After that comes life with implants over the years, then recovery and how to judge breast augmentation before and after pictures. The cost comes last.
Implant size is measured in cubic centimetres, and people often arrive with a figure from a friend or a forum. The trouble is that two women wearing the same bra can need implants 200cc apart. A narrow chest can't take a wide implant without the edge poking out beyond the breast. Thin tissue over the top can't hide one that's too full.
So your surgeon works out a range from your own measurements, and then you try sizers inside a bra in front of a mirror. Plenty of women pick a slightly smaller size than they'd planned once they see it. The price never pushes anyone the other way, because ours stays the same at any volume.
Round implants are the same shape whichever way they sit. Teardrop implants, sometimes called anatomical, are fuller at the bottom and slope more gently at the top. On our list the teardrop costs €500 more.
In a woman with a reasonable amount of breast tissue, the two often look much the same once everything has settled. The teardrop earns its place in particular cases. Very slim patients can benefit. So can breasts with a tight lower half, or ones that developed in a narrow, tubular shape. There's a catch, though. Because a teardrop has a top and a bottom, it can occasionally rotate and distort the breast. A round implant has no such problem.
The implant can go behind the breast tissue only, or partly under the chest muscle. The price is the same either way, so the choice comes down to your body.
Under the muscle gives the implant more cover. The top edge shows less, rippling is less likely in thin women, and mammograms are a little easier to read. The first fortnight is sorer, though. Some women also notice the breast shifting slightly when they tense the chest, during a press-up or carrying shopping, for instance. Over the muscle heals more easily at first. It suits women who already have a fair amount of breast tissue to cover the implant.
Implants come with either a smooth or a lightly textured surface. You may have read about BIA-ALCL, a rare type of lymphoma that forms in the scar tissue around an implant. It has been linked to textured implants. Cases with smooth implants alone haven't been confirmed.
It's uncommon, and it usually shows up years later as new swelling on one side. That's a reason to see your GP or breast clinic at home, rather than waiting for your next trip. While you're still planning, find out whether your implants will be smooth or textured. We put that in writing, next to the brand and the model number.
We normally go in through a short cut in the crease beneath the breast. Once healed, the line sits in the fold itself. From there the surgeon can see the whole pocket clearly, and the milk ducts are left alone. An areola or armpit incision is sometimes used instead, and each of those brings its own compromises. Your written plan will say which incision is being used and why.
The scar is usually a few centimetres long. It looks pink for a few months and then fades. A bra or bikini top normally covers it.
For a modest change, your own fat is an option. It's taken by liposuction from the tummy or thighs, cleaned and injected into the breast. Fat transfer to the breast costs €2,500 on our list.
There's no device and no capsule, which appeals to a lot of women. The limits are real, though. Each session adds only a small amount, and some of the fat doesn't survive, so the final size is hard to predict. You also need enough spare fat to harvest. For a cup size or more, an implant is usually the more reliable choice.
Implants aren't lifetime devices. Many last for decades, but it's sensible to expect another operation at some stage, for a change of size, a hardened capsule or a rupture. Our breast revision page covers what those look like. On our list, an exchange is €4,000 and removal €4,500.
Years down the line, a few habits are worth keeping. At mammograms, mention the implants before you start, because the radiographer will usually want extra pictures. Silicone can tear silently. That's why a scan every few years is advised once the implants have been in a while. As for the implant card, keep it with your passport, where you'll always find it.
Most women can still breastfeed after an augmentation. A crease incision helps, since it doesn't go near the ducts. Should you ever want the implants out, the breast implant removal guide walks you through it.
After breast augmentation in Turkey, you'll sleep one night in hospital and move to the hotel the next day. Expect your chest to feel tight and full. For most women it's more pressure than pain, and it's usually stronger when the implant sits under the muscle. You'll wake up already wearing a surgical bra. It stays on day and night for several weeks.
For the first two or three weeks, the breasts often sit high, feel hard and look too round. That's swelling and tight muscle, and it isn't the final look. Over the following months the implants drop and soften into place. Desk work is usually fine after about a week. Leave press-ups, chest weights and heavy shopping bags alone until the surgeon says you're ready.
Check the date on breast augmentation before and after pictures first. A photo at two weeks shows implants that haven't settled yet. Six months or more gives a fairer picture. The best galleries also state the implant volume and shape, so you can compare like with like.
Breast augmentation reviews written a year or more after surgery are worth seeking out, especially when there's a before and after photo alongside. That's where women talk about how the results feel day to day, as well as how they look.
Round implants put the breast augmentation price in Turkey at €4,000, and teardrop implants at €4,500. Neither figure changes with size, and the muscle placement costs the same either way. If you need a lift too, it's €4,500 with round implants or €4,900 with teardrop. The price includes the operation, your night on the ward, transfers and an interpreter, and we follow you up for twelve months. Hotels are separate. Ours start at €75 a night.
In the UK, augmentation is often quoted at around €6,415 to €9,807. Before comparing any breast augmentation cost, ask whether the price rises with implant size. If it does, a clinic has a reason to sell you bigger.
If your nipple has dropped to the crease or lower, an implant alone will add size without lifting anything, and a breast lift needs to be part of the plan. After children, some women combine an augmentation or lift with a tummy tuck in what's known as a mommy makeover.
We'll need photos taken standing, front on and from each side. Take one set in a bra without padding, and one set with no bra at all. If you have a size in mind, say so, but expect us to come back with a range. The reply from our Istanbul surgeons will cover the volume your measurements support, which plane suits you, and whether a lift belongs in your breast augmentation in Turkey.
