Necklift Surgery
Face Surgery in Istanbul · From €2,200
Nine Operations. You Probably Need One.
Facial ageing and proportions show differently for everyone, so your surgeon first identifies which structure causes the concern. Ear surgery starts at €2,200, brow and lip lifts at €2,300, rhinoplasty at €3,000 and facelift at €5,000.
Facelift, rhinoplasty, eyelid, brow, neck and chin cases make up our face surgery before and after gallery. Compare the same angle in each pair, because lighting and head position can change how a face reads.

Swelling hid the result for weeks. Facelift, rhinoplasty and eyelid patients look back on that wait, and on the moment their face finally matched the plan.

Nine operations, each with its own page, its own listed price and its own recovery. What decides between them is never the photograph — it is which layer is at fault: bone, fat, muscle or skin.

From €3,000
One list item covers closed and open, male and female alike: the technique is a surgical decision, and pricing it would sell you a preference. Only a nose needing cartilage from outside itself moves to the €4,000 item.
A dorsal hump, a wide or drooping tip, or an airway that does not work. Septoplasty is inside the price, not an extra.
One night in hospital, six in Istanbul. Presentable at ten to fourteen days; the nose is not final for about twelve months.
From €5,000
Our most expensive face item, performed with a temporal lift as one operation. It repositions descended tissue in the lower face and jawline — and descent belongs to the sixth decade, which is why we talk people out of it more often than into it.
Genuine descent of the lower face and jawline, usually from the late fifties onward.
One night in hospital, six in Istanbul. Two weeks to be presentable; the result reads at about six months.
€4,000
Muscle, fat and skin corrected together: the platysma tightened, the skin redraped. Where both have loosened, taking the fat out instead leaves the neck looser than it started — the mistake this operation exists to prevent.
A jawline lost to loose skin and separated platysma, rather than to a fat pad alone.
Half a night in hospital, six in Istanbul. Two weeks to be presentable, about six months to read.
From €2,300
The brow itself is raised, endoscopically or through the hairline. A hooded upper lid is frequently a brow problem, and taking skin off that lid pulls the brow lower still — so brow position is assessed before any eyelid is touched.
A heavy or descended brow, and hooding that improves when the brow is lifted by a fingertip.
One night in hospital, six in Istanbul. Ten to fourteen days to be presentable, about four months to read.
From €2,400
Priced by how many lids, not by how much skin: two lids €2,400, all four €2,900 — five hundred euro for the second pair rather than double, and the clearest combination on our list. Upper and lower are different operations with different recoveries.
Hooded upper lids or lower-lid fullness, with the brow position already checked and found sound.
Half a night in hospital, six in Istanbul. About a week to be presentable; settles at roughly three months.
€3,400
One list item covering the names sold separately elsewhere: lateral canthoplasty, almond eye surgery, brow suspension, temporal lift. A canthoplasty releases and reattaches the tendon; a canthopexy only tightens it. Thread lifts are temporary and we do not offer them.
A downturned or rounded outer eye corner. Where the outer brow is what has dropped, a temple lift is the cheaper answer.
One night in hospital, six in Istanbul. Around two weeks to be presentable; the corner settles over three to four months.
From €4,200
A silicone implant with two screws adds projection where the bone is short; a genioplasty moves the bone itself and is quoted after imaging. A small chin makes a nose look larger, so the honest answer to "my nose is too big" is occasionally a chin.
A short or receding chin on a sound bite. Fullness under the chin is fat, and a different operation again.
Half a night in hospital, five in Istanbul. Ten to fourteen days to be presentable, about four months to read.
€2,300
The distance between nose and lip is shortened, so more of the upper lip shows without anything being added. Immediate and permanent, unlike filler — and it leaves a permanent scar in the crease under the nose. That trade is the part worth deciding on.
A long upper lip with little vermilion showing, where volume is not what is missing.
No hospital night, three in Istanbul. About a week to be presentable; ask to see the scar at twelve months.
From €2,200
Two list items: €2,300 under general anaesthesia, €2,200 under local — and the hundred euro should decide nothing. Children are not priced differently and are operated on from around five, general anaesthesia only.
Prominent or unfolded ears, in adults or in children once the ear has finished growing.
One night in hospital under general anaesthesia, half a night under local; six in Istanbul either way.
Yes — and the thing to verify is the same wherever you go. Ask which single operation addresses the thing you complained about, and ask for its own price. A clinic that answers with a package has told you what kind of clinic it is.

Repetition buys judgement: telling a short chin from a fat pad, a hooded lid from a dropped brow.

Each recommended operation itemised with its own listed price, its nights, and the finding behind it.

A nose is €3,000 here against €8,150 in the UK; a facelift €5,000 against €9,350.

Three nights for a lip lift, five for chin surgery, six for the other seven operations.

Faces are rarely one-feature problems. The steps below explain how a surgeon decides what to operate on — and what to leave alone.
People often blame their eyelids when the brow has dropped, or their nose when the chin is short. Front, side and three-quarter photographs let the surgeon trace the concern to where it actually starts.
Eyelids settle in about three months, a facelift in six, a nose in twelve. Your plan explains which procedures can share one anaesthetic without leaving you unable to judge any of them properly.
Gravity changes where facial tissue sits, so markings are made with you sitting up. Incision lines are planned into creases, hairlines or the inside of the nose.
Most facial operations happen under general anaesthesia with an overnight stay; shorter ones follow the anaesthesia written in your plan.
Sutures and splints are removed in Istanbul on the surgeon's schedule, and bruising is usually easy to camouflage by the end of week two.
Follow-up calls match each procedure's timeline: an eyelid review near three months, a facelift near six, a nose at twelve.
Facelifts, noses, eyelids and more — how face surgery is planned around your features.
Face surgery at Natural Clinic includes facelift (mini, SMAS and deep plane), rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, brow lift, fox eye lift, lip lift, neck lift, chin surgery and ear surgery. The right procedure depends on which facial feature is actually causing your concern.
Surgeons assess skin quality, underlying bone structure, fat distribution and facial symmetry. For example, heavy eyelids may result from a dropped brow, and a prominent nose may be exaggerated by a small chin, so the source of the concern is identified before a procedure is recommended.
Some face surgery procedures combine well, such as a facelift with neck lift and eyelid surgery. Others settle on different timelines, which can make results harder to assess if done together. Your plan explains which combinations are suitable for you.
Face surgery prices at Natural Clinic include facelift at €5,000 for all techniques, rhinoplasty from €3,000, four-lid eyelid surgery at €2,900 and a standalone neck lift at €4,000. A combined facelift, neck lift, temporal lift and four-lid blepharoplasty costs €8,950.
Combined face surgery is priced as a package rather than as separate operations added together. For example, a facelift with neck lift, temporal lift and eyelid surgery on all four lids is listed at €8,950, which is less than the individual prices combined.
The difference reflects lower operating costs and exchange rates rather than different surgical standards. A SMAS facelift that typically costs around €9,918 to €15,755 in the UK is €5,000 at Natural Clinic, with anaesthesia, hospital stay and follow-up included. Because prices are set in euros, the saving is especially noticeable for patients whose income is in pounds sterling.
Most face surgery, including facelifts and rhinoplasty, is performed under general anaesthesia with an overnight hospital stay. Some smaller procedures may use a different anaesthetic approach, which is specified in your plan after an independent anaesthesia review. You are monitored on the ward overnight before moving to your hotel.
Common effects include swelling, bruising and temporary numbness. Depending on the procedure, specific risks may include hematoma, temporary nerve weakness, visible scarring or changes in breathing after nasal surgery. Your surgeon explains the risks relevant to your operation before consent.
Incisions are placed where they are least visible whenever possible: along the hairline and around the ears for facelifts, in the natural upper eyelid crease, inside the lower eyelid or nose, and inside the mouth for some chin procedures. Careful closure techniques also help scars fade more quickly.
Most face surgery requires a stay of around one to two weeks. Rhinoplasty patients typically stay six nights, mini and SMAS facelift patients about 10 to 14 days, and deep plane facelift patients around three weeks before being cleared to fly.
Stitches and splints are removed in Istanbul according to your surgeon's schedule, usually within the first one to two weeks. This is one reason stays are planned to last until these appointments are complete. Your coordinator books these appointments as part of your schedule.
Many patients return to desk work within one to two weeks, once bruising has faded enough to be covered. More extensive procedures, such as a deep plane facelift, require a longer recovery before returning to public-facing work. Make-up can often help conceal residual bruising in the second week.
After face surgery, bruising and obvious puffiness generally ease over the first two to three weeks, helped by sleeping with the head raised and avoiding strenuous activity. Low-level swelling can linger for months, especially around a reshaped nose or after deeper lifting, which is why the finished outcome is judged later rather than in the first month.
Each facial procedure matures at its own pace. Upper and lower lids tend to look natural within about three months, lifted cheeks and jawlines settle closer to six, and a new nasal tip can keep refining for a full year, which is why follow-up for face surgery is timed around the specific operation you had.
Follow-up is scheduled over 12 months through video consultations timed to your procedure. Photographs taken before surgery are used as a reference, and your surgeon reviews how swelling, scars and the overall result are developing. You can also send photographs between calls if something concerns you.
Every face operation we perform has its own page, carrying the risks, the recovery and the honest limits of that one operation. They are grouped the way the surgeons think about them: the nose, the lifts, the eyes and brow, then the jaw, chin, ears and lips.
Personalised Care, Just for You
Send a photograph straight on, one from each side and one three-quarter view, in daylight and without make-up, then write one sentence: the thing you notice first about your own face. A surgeon replies naming the operation that addresses it, its price from the table above and the nights it needs. Whether anything else is worth doing is answered separately, and that answer is frequently no. No obligation, no pressure, no cost.

Nine operations, every price published, and one structural feature of our pricing that works against you — a combination discount on all of them. What follows is how we decide between operations that look alike, and why the plan we send back is usually shorter than the enquiry that prompted it.

Plenty of people enquiring about face surgery in Turkey arrive with a list. A nose, maybe the eyelids, possibly something under the chin. By the time we've looked at their photos, the list is usually shorter. That isn't modesty on our part. It's that one well-chosen operation often fixes what three guessed-at ones wouldn't.
This page leads to nine face operations. Each has a guide of its own and a price of its own, and our full list runs to twenty-two face items. None of them is a bundle. This page is about choosing between them.
Here's what each one costs on its own. Rhinoplasty is €3,000. A facelift is €5,000, and a neck lift €4,000. Eyelid surgery starts at €2,400 for two lids. A brow lift comes in at €2,300, matching a lip lift. The fox eye lift costs €3,400. For chin surgery an implant is €4,200, and ear surgery starts at €2,200.
Each guide goes into far more detail. What follows here is the thinking that comes before any of them.
The facelift tops our face price list, and honestly, it's also the one we most often steer people away from. That's because several smaller lifts sit below it, each fixing one specific thing.
Think of it as a ladder. At the bottom sits the brow lift, €2,300, for the brow alone. A step up, a forehead lift at €2,800 adds loose forehead skin. A mid-face lift at €3,600 treats cheeks that have slid down and the folds beside the nose. Next comes the neck lift, €4,000, for the neck's muscle, fat and skin. Only at the top does a facelift with temple lift, at €5,000, take on the jawline and lower face properly. Most people need one rung, not the whole ladder.
A lot of wrong plans start with two problems that photograph identically. A hooded upper lid can be extra lid skin or a dropped brow. A soft jawline can be a short chin, a pad of fat or loose skin. Hollow cheeks might be lost volume or tissue that has moved down. A wide lower face can be bone or cheek fat.
Each pair needs a different operation, and only an examination tells them apart. When we say "we'd like to see you before deciding", this is why.
Rhinoplasty has more guides than anything else here, six in all, but on our list it's one price. A first operation is €3,000, whichever technique is used and whoever the patient is, with any septum and breathing work included. Only a nose that needs cartilage from the ear or rib moves to €4,000, which covers most revision and some ethnic cases.
This is where small operations change a face most. Upper or lower lids are €2,400 a pair; all four, €2,900. Brow and temple lifts are €2,300 each. Quite often the "tired eyes" turn out to be a dropped brow, or the other way round, which is why both guides open with a simple way to tell.
Here it comes down to bone, fat or skin. A short chin needs projection, either an implant at €4,200 or genioplasty, which moves the bone and is priced after a scan. Fat under the chin calls for chin liposuction, €2,500 on our list. Loose skin and neck bands need a neck lift. Very often the photo suggests one and the examination finds another.
Two operations here do almost opposite things. Cheekbone augmentation adds width, €3,000 using a silicone implant, while €5,000 applies if the bone itself is reshaped. A bichectomy, which removes some of the fat pad inside the cheek, makes the lower face slimmer and costs €2,200. Fat grafting to the face, at €2,500, restores volume that has gone. Picking the wrong one makes a face look worse, not better.
These are the two smallest operations we do. A lip lift, €2,300, is done without a hospital night, and the whole trip is only three nights. Ear surgery is €2,300 under general anaesthetic or €2,200 under local, and it's the only operation on this page we regularly do for children.
More men come to us than people expect, usually about one thing: a crooked nose, a weak chin, heavy lids or a neck that's softening. They want to look rested, not altered. So the plans stay understated, with scars placed around the beard and hairline, and nothing lifted into a feminine shape. Look out for the men's sections in the individual guides.
Different operations tend to suit different decades. Rhinoplasty and ear surgery are often done young, ear surgery sometimes in childhood. By the forties, eyelids and brows are the usual question. The neck and lower face tend to follow a decade or so later, when both skin and the tissue underneath have given way. Age alone never decides it, though. Some people in their thirties have a clear structural problem; plenty in their sixties need much less than they expect.
Cost is part of it, but it shouldn't be the main reason. Natural Clinic has treated more than 100,000 patients from over 80 countries, and the face surgeons here work across every operation on this page, which means the advice isn't limited to whatever one surgeon happens to do. Ask any clinic, here or at home, whether they can offer all the options before they recommend one.
Every one of our twenty-two face items carries a combination discount when it's paired with another. That's convenient, and it saves money. It's also, unavoidably, a reason for a clinic to suggest more than you need, since every extra procedure adds to the bill.
When two operations are put forward for one trip, by us or anyone else, it's worth asking what links them. A good answer is about the surgery itself: the same area being opened, or two parts of the face needing to settle together. "While you're here" isn't a reason.
A slightly heavy brow, fine lines, rough skin and the first signs of volume loss often respond better to non-surgical treatments. There's little point operating on someone in their early thirties who'll need the operation done properly at fifty. We'd rather say so and see you later, if ever.
Most face operations have somewhere to hide the scar. It might be inside the nostril, in the crease of the upper lid, behind the ear or along the hairline. A few don't. Lip lifts are one exception, with a fine line right under the nose. Open rhinoplasty is another, marking the little strip between the nostrils. Each guide shows exactly where yours would be.
Face operations fall into four speeds. Eyelid surgery, a lip lift and ear surgery look presentable in about a week and can be judged at around three months. A brow lift, fox eye lift or chin surgery needs ten days to two weeks to look presentable, and about four months to judge. A neck lift or facelift takes around two weeks and about six months. Rhinoplasty looks presentable in ten days to two weeks, but the tip keeps changing for a year.
Some risks apply to almost any face operation. Bleeding, infection and slow wound healing are all made worse by smoking. Asymmetry is always possible, since no face is symmetrical to begin with. Altered sensation is common but usually temporary, and nerve injury is uncommon. Each guide covers the risks specific to that operation.
How long you stay depends on what you're having. Lip lifts need three nights and no hospital bed. For chin surgery, expect a short hospital stay and five nights or so. Eyelid surgery and neck lifts usually mean part of a night on the ward and close to a week in the city. Bigger operations, or two together, add a bit. Every face surgery in Turkey plan states the nights in writing.
Our galleries show face surgery before and after results for each operation. The most useful ones to ask for, though, are cases with just a single operation, ideally photographed a full year later. A single-operation before and after shows you what that operation really does on its own, without anything else muddying the picture. If a clinic can only show you combined cases, it's harder to know which part made the difference. When you send your own photos, they become the first half of a before and after we'll keep comparing against at each follow-up.
For face surgery in Turkey with us, every price listed includes the surgeon, anaesthesia, the hospital stay where needed, transfers and an interpreter, plus video follow-up running for twelve months. When you compare face surgery prices with other clinics, at home or abroad, ask for each operation to be priced separately rather than as one bundle. Itemised quotes make it easy to spot, and drop, anything you don't need. For country-by-country figures, every guide carries its own table comparing facial plastic surgery in Turkey with Britain, Germany and the US.
Some changes last for good. A narrowed nose stays narrow, and a chin that has been moved stays put. Lifts are different: they reset where tissue sits but can't stop the face from ageing afterwards. In our experience, face surgery in Istanbul works best when it removes one thing that keeps pulling the eye, instead of trying to make you look like someone new. If you send us photos of what bothers you, we'll tell you which single operation would do that, and whether you need any at all.
