Male Genital Surgery in Istanbul · From €3,000
Is your concern about size, function or both?
Size concerns are addressed with enlargement, while erectile problems that no longer respond to medication may call for a penile implant. Penis enlargement €3,000 and a penile implant €7,000. Stays are about four nights, and consultations are handled discreetly without photos.
Natural Clinic brings multiple fields of specialised healthcare together under one roof, combining medical expertise, advanced technology and patient-focused care. From hair transplantation and dentistry to facial, body and breast aesthetics, bariatric surgery and reconstructive treatments, every patient journey is managed by experienced medical teams working across disciplines.

These two operations sit on the same page and should never be weighed the same way. Penis enlargement is elective surgery on tissue that works. A penile implant is a device placed for erectile dysfunction that has stopped responding to everything else, and placing it closes off every other treatment permanently.

Elective & cosmetic · from €3,000
Girth is increased with fat transfer, partly resorbed over the first months so what's placed is deliberately generous; ligament release changes flaccid length more than erect length. Both are stated in millimetres on your plan, not adjectives.
Healthy tissue and a personal wish for more size — not a response to a medical problem. A measurement and a conversation about why you're asking both shape the recommendation.
From €3,000 on our current list. No hospital night; four nights in Istanbul. Results are judged at three months, not at discharge.
Erectile dysfunction · from €7,000
A mechanical device replaces the erectile tissue for men whose erectile dysfunction has not responded to tablets, injections or a vacuum device. It treats a medical condition — nothing gets larger.
Established erectile dysfunction where first-line treatments have already failed. Not a first step, and not a decision to take lightly.
From €7,000 on our current list. One night in hospital; four nights in Istanbul. The device has a finite working life.
Surgery carries risk wherever it is performed. Travel complicates the weeks after — and with an implant it complicates the years after, because a mechanical device eventually needs attention and you will be in another country when it does. Ask any clinic, ours included, what happens then and who pays.

Twelve months is included — but an implant outlives twelve months. Ask what year five looks like, in writing.
Circumcision (€1,200), augmentation (€3,000) and prosthesis (€7,000) share a page but not a purpose.
Each concern leads to a different conversation, and some lead to none at all.
For length concerns, €2,500 suprapubic liposuction often reveals what is already there — and weight loss does the same for free.
Erectile problems can point to heart, metabolic or hormonal disease, so a urologist reviews them before any implant is discussed.
Loose underwear, strict hygiene and a pause on sexual activity for the period your surgeon sets.
From circumcision to a prosthesis, male genital surgery options differ hugely in purpose and permanence.
Male genital surgery at Natural Clinic includes penile augmentation to increase girth, penile prosthesis surgery to treat erectile dysfunction that has not responded to other treatments, and adult circumcision. Each procedure addresses a different concern and has a different recovery.
The first step is to identify the concern clearly: length, girth, erectile function or a foreskin problem such as tightness or recurrent infection. Each leads to a different assessment, and in some cases the conclusion is that no surgery is needed.
Many men who enquire about size are within the normal range. An honest measurement and discussion can be reassuring, and non-surgical steps, such as weight loss when a fat pad conceals length, may address the concern without an operation. The surgeon's aim is to give you accurate information first.
Prices on the male genital list are €1,200 for adult circumcision, €3,000 for penile augmentation and €7,000 for a penile prosthesis, with suprapubic liposuction at €2,500 as an option for concealed length. Anaesthesia, any ward night, transfers, an interpreter and confidential follow-up are included in each.
Weight loss is often the most effective first step when a fat pad above the pubic bone makes the penis look shorter, and it costs nothing. Where the fat persists, suprapubic liposuction at €2,500 removes it directly. Both options are discussed before any penile procedure is considered.
Male genital operations are each priced independently. Circumcision, augmentation and prosthesis surgery are never discounted when booked together or alongside other procedures, which removes any pressure to add an operation you may not need. The plan simply lists each item at its fixed price.
Yes. From the first written enquiry to the final follow-up, male genital surgery consultations are handled confidentially by a named surgeon. You can describe your concern without sending photographs at the initial stage. Your privacy is respected at every stage.
All patients have a private examination with the operating surgeon. Before penile prosthesis surgery, a urological assessment is also required, as erectile dysfunction can be linked to heart disease, diabetes or hormonal problems that need attention. This review may change the recommended treatment.
Each male procedure has its own risk profile. Circumcision and augmentation mainly involve swelling, bleeding, infection or altered sensation, while fat grafting can be partly reabsorbed. A penile prosthesis adds the possibility of device infection or mechanical failure, and implanting it permanently replaces natural erectile function.
Men having circumcision, penile augmentation or a prosthesis all plan four nights in Istanbul. That gives time for the operation, a check of the wound and swelling in the following days and, after prosthesis surgery, observation for early signs of infection before you are cleared to travel.
Only the penile prosthesis requires an overnight ward stay, because the device is implanted and infection must be watched for closely. Men having circumcision or penile augmentation go back to their hotel the same day and are reviewed at the clinic during the following days.
It depends on the operation. After circumcision the skin line needs to heal, after augmentation the grafted fat needs protecting, and after a prosthesis the device must not be used until the tissues have settled. In each case your surgeon gives a specific date, typically several weeks after surgery.
Before you leave Istanbul, the surgeon examines the wound, swelling and any dressings. Once you are home, private calls track comfort, healing and, after a prosthesis or augmentation, how function and shape are developing. Any concern can be raised between scheduled calls rather than waiting for the next one.
Results are assessed once swelling has settled, which may take several weeks to a few months depending on the procedure. After fat grafting for girth, some of the transferred fat is reabsorbed, so the final result is judged later. Your surgeon explains what timeline applies to your procedure.
Your operating surgeon stays available for private questions throughout the twelve months after male genital surgery. If you prefer, your coordinator can arrange a confidential call, and photographs or detailed descriptions can be shared securely if something needs to be reviewed between scheduled check-ins.
Penis enlargement and penile implant surgery each have their own page, with the techniques, the recovery week by week and the honest limits set out in full.

Male genital surgery at Natural Clinic comprises two distinct operations with unrelated indications: penile augmentation, an elective procedure, and penile prosthesis implantation, a treatment for established erectile dysfunction. The second is not a larger version of the first.

Men rarely write to us with the name of an operation already chosen. More often the message starts with something like "I'm not sure this is even a thing" and takes a paragraph to get to the point. That's fine. The point is what matters, and on this page there are really only four of them.
It might be length. It might be girth. It might be erections that don't behave the way they used to, or a foreskin that's become a problem. Each of those leads somewhere different, and with male genital surgery in Turkey, picking the right road at the start saves you from the wrong operation later.
This is the most common concern by a distance, and the one where we operate least.
Start with how the measuring is done. A tape held against a flaccid penis on a cold morning tells you very little. Surgeons measure from the pubic bone, in the flaccid state and again when gently stretched, which gives a far better guide to erect length. When men who believe they're small are measured that way, most land somewhere ordinary. We tell them so in writing, and for some that's where the conversation ends.
Then there's the fat pad. In heavier men, a cushion of fat above the base of the penis can bury a surprising amount of the shaft. Nothing is missing. It's hidden. Losing weight brings it back into view, sometimes by more than any length operation would add. Where diet alone won't shift that fat, liposuction above the pubic bone costs €2,500 on our list. For men carrying significant extra weight overall, our weight loss surgery options may do more for this than anything genital.
Only after all that does the length procedure come up. It releases the ligament that anchors the penis to the pubic bone, so more of the shaft sits outside the body. The difference shows mainly when you're soft. Erect length changes much less, and the angle of an erection often drops a little for good. Our page on penis enlargement surgery covers it in detail.
Girth is a different conversation, and a more practical one. It's usually added with your own fat, harvested from your belly or thighs with a fine cannula and injected along the shaft.
Fat is living tissue, and not all of it survives the move. Some fades away over the first three to six months. Surgeons place more than the final aim to allow for that, which means things look bigger at first than they'll end up. A steady weight beforehand matters too, since transferred fat keeps behaving like fat. It grows when you gain and shrinks when you lose.
You'll also see injections sold as girth treatments. Hyaluronic acid fillers, PRP and shockwave therapy are all marketed under the same heading. None of them is surgery, and we don't offer them.
Here the order of things changes completely. Erectile dysfunction is first a medical question, and only much later, if at all, a surgical one.
An erection is, at heart, a plumbing job. It needs small blood vessels in good shape, and those are often the first to show damage from heart disease, diabetes or high blood pressure. Sometimes it's years before anything else gives a sign. A dip in hormones can play a part too. That's why our urologist sees you before any surgeon does. For many men, treating the cause, changing medication or simply trying a different tablet sorts things out.
The steps after that are well established. Tablets come first. If they don't work or don't suit you, there are injections into the penis, and vacuum devices. Only when those have been tried properly, or can't be used, does a penile implant come into the discussion.
We don't treat that lightly. An implant restores rigidity reliably, and men who have one tend to be very satisfied. Fitting it, though, damages the spongy tissue that produced natural erections. There's no going back to tablets afterwards. And it doesn't add size, which is the single most common misunderstanding we hear.
A curve that has developed in the penis, often with a lump you can feel and sometimes pain, is a separate condition. It needs a urologist's assessment as well, and the options depend on how stable it is.
Circumcision is the one operation in this group that doesn't have its own page here, so it gets a proper section.
Most adult men who ask about it have a foreskin that's become too tight to pull back comfortably. Some get repeated infections or inflammation underneath. Others find it splits during sex and heals into a tighter ring each time. Occasionally a pale, scarring skin condition is the cause, and that's worth knowing about because circumcision usually treats it well. Plenty of men also choose circumcision for religious or personal reasons with nothing wrong at all, and that's a perfectly reasonable request.
For a foreskin that's only a little tight, a doctor may suggest a steroid cream and some gentle stretching for a few weeks. It works for some men, and it's worth a go before booking anything. When that doesn't help, circumcision is quick and has a long track record. Adult circumcision in Turkey costs €1,200 on our list and doesn't involve a hospital night. Healing takes a few weeks, during which the head of the penis can feel very sensitive against clothing. That settles. Sex waits until the wound has fully healed.
Most men are more nervous about this appointment than about the operation itself, so here's what it involves.
You'll meet the surgeon who would operate, in a private room. A chaperone can sit in, or not, as you prefer. The first part is just talking: what's bothering you, when it started, what you've tried. Then comes a short examination. For length or girth concerns, that includes measuring, done the clinical way described above, and the numbers are written into your notes. For erection problems, the urology findings and any tests you've already had are gone through together.
Nothing is decided before that conversation, and you can leave without booking anything. Some men do exactly that, relieved, and fly home a few days early.
People sometimes ask whether they can have enlargement and an implant together, or add one to the other on a later trip. The answer is no, and not for commercial reasons. An implant is a device for men whose erections no longer work. Enlargement is for men whose do. They assume opposite things about the same body.
There's also no discount for doing several procedures in one visit in this category. A bundle price would only tempt people to add things they never came in for.
Being honest with yourself about why you're asking helps more than any measurement. Wanting more size because it has bothered you quietly for years is a different thing from wanting it because of one comment last month. Neither is wrong to feel. They lead to different decisions, though, and a good surgeon will ask about both.
For a few men, worry about size takes up a large part of every day and doesn't ease with reassurance. That's worth discussing with a doctor or psychologist before any surgeon, because an operation rarely settles it. Our assessment includes a few questions about this, asked without judgement.
Our gallery has no male genital before and after photos. Be a little suspicious of clinics that post lots of them. Comparing yourself with pictures is often where the worry began.
What counts as a result depends on the operation. After enlargement, it's your own measurements, taken again at around six months against the ones in your notes. After an implant, it's whether sex is possible again and whether the device works the way you were shown. After circumcision, it's simply whether the tightness or infections have stopped.
Reviews in this area are thin, and many are anonymous forum posts. Look past the first-week posts. A man writing six months on, including about what didn't change, is worth ten writing from the hotel.
Some men come entirely on their own and tell nobody. Others want their partner involved from the first message. Nobody here will push you either way.
Still, if there is someone, their view can be worth hearing before you decide. Men are frequently surprised by the answer. With an implant especially, partners tend to be part of the result, and partner satisfaction after the operation is generally high.
Recovery looks quite different for each of the three, so it helps to take them one at a time.
After circumcision, you'll be walking around the same day and back at a desk within days. Loose underwear and careful washing are most of the work.
After enlargement, there's no hospital night either. Swelling peaks over the first week or so and takes around six weeks to settle. Sex waits for six weeks, and results from the fat are judged at around three months rather than at the hotel.
After an implant, you'll spend a night on the ward. The first weeks are about healing. Lifting and cycling stay off the list for six weeks, and you're shown how to work the device at around the six-week mark.
Whichever you have, male genital surgery in Turkey means around four nights in Istanbul.
The price gap between the procedures follows what's involved. Circumcision is €1,200. Penis enlargement is €3,000. A penile implant is €7,000, largely because the device itself is a precision medical product. Each price covers anaesthesia and transfers. An interpreter comes with it, and so does a year of follow-up.
Abroad, implant surgery shows the widest difference. Going by the comparison table above, UK clinics commonly ask somewhere between €22,177 and €33,852 for it. Enlargement in the UK is cheaper, typically €6,086 to €8,750, but that's still around double. Whoever you get quotes from, ask one extra thing: who looks after the implant if it needs attention after year one? That's a fair question to ask every clinic, ours included.
A photo isn't needed. A short note is. Which of the four concerns brought you here? How long has it been on your mind? Add anything about your health, your medication or earlier operations that seems relevant. A named surgeon will reply privately, including when the honest answer is that you don't need an operation. The wider genital surgery overview covers how we handle enquiries from start to finish.
