Photographs, video of the way you actually smile and a 3D scan become a design drawn against your own face — then a trial mock-up you wear and change until it is right, while everything is still reversible. Digital Smile Design is included in every veneer and crown case we plan, at no separate charge, and the ceramics are made in our own laboratory in the same building.

The planning stage
Photographs of your face, video of you talking and smiling, and a 3D intraoral scan are combined into one file. Your new teeth are drawn on top — length, width, the curve of the smile line against your lower lip, where the midline sits against your nose — then milled into a trial mock-up you wear. Only after you approve it does anyone pick up a handpiece.
Any case where the appearance of the front teeth changes: veneers, crowns, a smile makeover, gum contouring, and implant work in the visible arch.
Included in every veneer and crown case: the design, the wax-up and the mock-up are part of the treatment price, not an extra line.
Implant Dentistry
Born in Bandırma in 1995, Dr Ömer Reşat Gültek studied at İnegöl Mediha Hayri Çelik Science High School before turning to dentistry — and he still thinks like a materials scientist. Which ceramic, which technique, which protocol for this particular tooth: those are the questions he takes seriously, and they are why his root canal treatments hold. What patients mention, though, is the manner. He explains as he works, he does not rush, and a single filling gets the same attention as a full arch.

The scanners and the software are the same ones used in London and Berlin — that part is settled. The question worth asking is whether the design is a decision or a sales rendering : whether you get to wear it, change it, and use it to argue for treating fewer teeth.
